Startup founders and CTOs in the tech hot spots of the Global South (LatAm, Africa, India, and SE Asia) do not have access to the information and insights they need to be effective and timely in embracing the rapidly moving field of GenAI. At the same time, to build on its leadership’s experience and roots in big tech, Capria Ventures seeks the best possible guidance on how to navigate GenAI and other AI developments in order to maximize its investing returns.

• Capria is forming its AI Technology Advisory Group (AI TAG) to both advise Capria principals and to provide guidance to portfolio founders / CTOs
• AI TAG time commitments
  • Meet for 60-90 minutes twice a year to advise Capria’s principals (Managing Partners)
  • Be available for occasional email guidance between meetings
  • Participate in webcast interviews or AMA format discussions with Capria Network founders for one hour, twice a year. Typical events draw 50-70 founders/CTOs.
    
•  AI TAG members will be asked only to express their personal views of trends in the industry; they will not be participating in founder events as representatives of their respective organizations
• Guidance from AI TAG will be amplified by Capria’s 6-person GenAI development team that helps founders accelerate GenAI adoption by providing rapid prototyping services and offering a reference application environment 
• OPTIONAL: AI TAG members will have the opportunity to engage 1:1 with founders / CTOs of our Global South portfolio companies to dive deep into specific topics on which they need assistance.
