Pradeep Singh is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and business leader with a distinguished career spanning several decades in the technology sector. He is the Founder and Chairman of Aditi Technologies, which he established in 1994 after a nine-year tenure at Microsoft, where he held various management roles, including General Manager of the Windows 95 Mobile Services Group.

At Microsoft, Pradeep was pivotal in developing and managing key projects, notably leading the Windows 95 mobile services group. He later founded Talisma, a pioneering CRM software company, and was recognized as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum (Davos).

Pradeep has supported numerous startups as an active investor and advisor, particularly in business productivity software and technology-driven education. He serves on the boards of Affinity Answers and Systemantics, and is also the Chairman of Vidyanext Personalized Tuition. Additionally, he contributes to social impact initiatives as an Advisory Board Member at Grameen Technology.

Pradeep holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He was honored with the Distinguished Alumni Service Award from IIT Delhi (2006) and remains deeply engaged in fostering innovation in technology and education.
