Oliver Sharp is the Co-founder and Chief Solution Architect at Highspot, a leading sales enablement platform. With a distinguished background in technology, he previously served as General Manager of Strategy for Microsoft’s Server and Tools Division. Oliver co-founded Colusa Software, which was acquired by Microsoft, as well as iTurf, a digital retail firm. He earned his Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Science from UC Berkeley and holds a B.S. from Yale University. His expertise in technology innovation and business strategy positions him as a key figure in the sales and AI sectors.
As a co-founder, Oliver has embraced various roles throughout Highspot’s growth, initially serving as half of the product management team, head of IT, and even stocking the refrigerator. As the company expanded, he transitioned to leading the services and support team, ultimately becoming the Chief Solution Architect. In this unique role, Oliver collaborates closely with major clients on complex deployments, aiming to maximize their value from Highspot while gathering insights to enhance the product. He is passionate about defining sales enablement as a strategic business discipline, helping customers achieve their goals with effective guidance and resources.
