Sandhya’s primary focus is leading investor relations at Capria Ventures and nurturing global relationships to support fundraising for all active funds across different geographies. Strategic marketing is intrinsic to her role, along with leading organization-wide goal setting with OKRs.

Previously, Sandhya worked as the COO for Global Alliance for Mass Entrepreneurship and AM, as well as Principal and Branch Head at The PRactice. She has an MBA from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées.

Outside of work, Sandhya enjoys hosting her podcast ‘Owning It’, which features remarkable women. She also enjoys traveling and being a dreamer.
