Sridhar Rao is a business strategy advisor, management coach, and mentor to businesses, entrepreneurs, and management professionals on different aspects of business management.

He has over 38 years​ of experience across industries with over 23 years of senior management experience across the mobile payments, telecom, apparel and textile industries in India, Indonesia, and Western Europe.

Sridhar co-founded Infinum Growth Insights, a Bengaluru-based management consultancy and training firm. He is currently the Managing Editor of infinumgrowth.com, an online magazine offering articles and short films, giving insights on personal growth and business development. He is also the co-founder and CEO of Novopay, a fintech startup working with banks to deliver financial services through an extensive national retailer network.

He was in senior management roles at Vodafone India for over eight years, including heading M Pesa and the Kolkata/W Bengal telecom circle. During his tenure, the telecom operator became the market leader.

Sridhar holds a BSc. Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, University of Delhi and an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi.
