Marcelo has over two decades of experience working in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. At Capria Ventures, he provides value-added services to the portfolio.

Prior to joining Capria Ventures, Marcelo launched and led the expansion of Xcala, a LATAM and Caribbean association of angel investors. He also co-founded Transops, a company focused on providing technology to large organizations to conduct reverse auctions when negotiating their purchases. Marcelo holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from ITB and an MBA from IAE Business School.

Marcelo is a travel enthusiast and loves to try new cuisines.
