Ishika works at the operational core of Capria’s investment process, with a strong focus on the data and reporting behind how the portfolio is tracked and understood over time. She’s also drawn to the wider question of how early-stage capital and technology reach founders across the Global South.
Capria marks her entry into the professional investment landscape. Before this, she built her foundation across audit, financial due diligence and retail finance and valuation, with hands-on exposure spanning firms in India and Hong Kong. She holds a BBA in Finance and Economics from Christ University, Bangalore.
When she’s not working, Ishika is usually at the gym or out on a long-distance run. She previously led a Girl Up chapter under the UN Foundation, and stays drawn to work that widens access to capital, education and opportunity.
