Francis leads AI initiatives, drives widespread adoption across the fund’s network, and helps shape the organization’s vision and strategic direction to ensure the fund’s long-term success and influence in the age of AI.

Previously, he was Head of Strategy at GetGloby, a firm leveraging artificial intelligence to help businesses expand into new markets. With a background in computer science, he also worked as a Consultant at Deloitte’s Risk Advisory team, advising global companies on financial and technology risks.

Outside of work, Francis enjoys long-distance running, reading, and exploring new cultures.
