Keeping you updated on our latest work: we are approaching the final close of our Capria Global South Fund II in March. We welcome back investors from our previous funds, including The Oblates Trust, Gates Frontier (Bill Gates’ family office), and Crystal Springs Foundation, and we’re pleased to have brought on many new investors.

As you’ll see in the examples below, we have a well-developed portfolio of 10 companies, about 50% of our target – so you can see how your funds are being / will be deployed. We continue to source deals at the forefront of technology,  moving fast in their respective industries and markets. Global South markets are doing well overall – our strategy is playing out as we expected from a macro perspective.

Thank you for your interest in our work.

Latest Portfolio Addition, Our First in Vietnam

Last month, we closed an investment in TechCoop, an agri-supply chain marketplace that provides working capital financing for SME agribusinesses (mainly food processors) in Vietnam. TechCoop has been profitable since 2023 and clocked an impressive $100M ARR in 2024. Having built a strong foundation in the domestic market, TechCoop has now turned to exports, quickly resulting in expansion and increased net income. The current velocity will result in at least a doubling of revenue in 2025 vs 2024. We are pleased to support TechCoop and its transformative support of the Vietnamese agriculture industry.

Capria Global South II Portfolio Highlights

  • Agrizy, a B2B agri-processing platform, snipped the ribbon on their cutting-edge R&D Lab in Bengaluru. This facility strengthens Agrizy’s capability to develop research-backed, high-efficacy solutions, integrating sustainable sourcing and regulatory expertise. The lab positions Agrizy at the forefront of next-generation product development, bridging the gap between scientific research and real-world needs in India’s ag industry.
  • Paymob, a leading FinTech platform based in Egypt with operations in the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa), secured a Retail Payment Services License from the Central Bank of UAE, enabling direct merchant acquisition, payment aggregation and fund transfers. This is a big step forward in Paymob’s vision to provide a full suite of omni-channel solutions to merchants in UAE and, soon, KSA.

In other news, Paymob also secured a strategic partnership with Nestle Egypt. Nestle can now accept payments from all electronic wallets in Egypt.

  • Kueski, a leading digital payments network and BNPL provider in Mexico, hit $300M in annual revenue – marking a significant milestone in its growth story. Having sustained a 51% Y-oY growth rate, they are on track to continue to double in size every eighteen months, supported by their Amazon tie-up that’s delivering tens of thousands of new customers every month. A leading Mexican news outlet featured Kueski on a list of Latin America’s next unicorns. We are proud investors.
