Company shall furnish to Investor the following information:

1. Quarterly unaudited financial numbers within thirty (30) days of the end of each quarter and annual audited financial numbers within one hundred and twenty (120) days of the end of each fiscal year; these statements should include at least:

• Previous quarter’s gross revenue
• Previous quarter’s EBITDA
• Current annualized revenue run rate
• Cash on hand
• Gross margin (including year over-year-growth %)
• Top 5 key performance indicators agreed by Company and Investor, such as # customers, # suppliers, daily active users, monthly users, etc.

2. Annual impact data, coded using the Impact Reporting and Investment Standards catalog (“IRIS”), which shall include, to the extent reasonably knowable for Company’s business:

• number of low and middle income lives impacted (total and # women) in the past year – could be number of customers buying product/service, number of borrowers availing of loans, etc.
• number of jobs created (total and # women) – either contracted gig workers or jobs created in supply chain due to company operations, or similar
• number of employees and contractors of Company (total and # women)
• number of women in senior leaderships (CxO and/or board of directors)
• any environmental metrics tracked by the company (tons CO2 reduced, etc.)
