Magma is a procurement partner for MSME manufacturers, fixing fragmented sourcing, rigid MOQs, and limited access to custom formulations for 190+ buyers. Most MSMEs still operate on pen and paper; Magma replaces this with an AI platform that recommends suppliers, optimizes logistics, and automates reordering from real consumption data.
Longer term, the company is now moving toward agentic AI for autonomous procurement, production scheduling, and ESG tracking. On the supply side, Magma aggregates idle MSME factory lines into flexible, high-quality capacity. Captive partner factories typically rise from 50–60 to 75–80 percent utilization in six months, adding 2–3 percent margin with zero capex.
Magma was founded in 2022 by Neal Thakker. He holds a bachelor’s degree from UC Irvine. Prior to studying in the US, he worked at Ampio Surfaces in Gujarat, managing vinyl tile exports. After graduating, he joined MSI in the US as a product associate and later founded Magma at 25, combining manufacturing, export, and US distribution experience.
