5C Network is an AI-native teleradiology and diagnostic delivery platform providing end-to-end reporting for CT, MRI, and X-ray studies. Hospitals route imaging studies to 5C, which manages intake, AI-assisted pre-reads, intelligent routing to subspecialist radiologists, reporting, and quality assurance through its Bionic Vision-Voice-Language stack. This automation enables 4× higher radiologist throughput and 14× faster turnaround than traditional radiology workflows in India. The platform is trained on 20M+ annotated real-world imaging studies and serves 1,000+ hospitals and diagnostic centers, delivering millions of imaging reads annually. 5C is also developing disease-specific and predictive imaging models across osteoporosis, cardiovascular, liver, and metabolic conditions, while expanding its diagnostic delivery platform internationally.
Founded in 2016, 5C Network was started by Kalyan Sivasailam and Syed Ahmed, a team with experience spanning healthtech, engineering, and operations. Kalyan previously founded the Healthizen Initiative, which became the official public health grievance app for the Government of Karnataka. Syed brings decades of experience in technology and operations, including senior roles in network architecture, pre-sales, and technology management across companies such as Mindlance India and Compaq.
