We spent two years searching for, remodeling, and moving into our new space in the AGC building, at 1200 Westlake Ave N, next to Kenmore Air on Lake Union. We have an extra office in our suite on the 5th floor for which we are looking for a medium or long-term tenant. It’s about 200 square feet and has some of the best views around. And it’s a short walk from casual delis, sushi, Mexican, excellent Lebanese at Tanoor, South Indian, Vietnamese, and Wild Ginger.

WeWork would call this an office for 6 people. We’d call it super comfy for 3, and up to 6. Or a very luxurious place for 1. We also have a large 8-person conference room to which you’d have nearly full-time access. And there’s common outside seating on the waterfront.

Price is all-inclusive and similar to or better than a co-working space.

This means that you have a private office (not a fish bowl-type office in co-working), high availability at no cost for a conference room (vs. challenging to book conference rooms and per hour fee), it’s quiet so you can get quality work done, and did we mention the amazing calming views of the activity on Lake Union.
