India, October 14, 2026: Shamrock AI, an enterprise AI company building an agentic assurance platform for large enterprises, has raised $5 million in seed funding led by Endiya Partners, with participation from Capria Ventures. Its first institutional funding round will accelerate product development, strengthen the team and scale go-to-market efforts.
Founded in 2026 by Sarat Addanki, Michael (Mick) Gallagher and Anuraag Nallapati, Shamrock AI is building an agentic assurance platform that helps enterprises deploy AI agents reliably across critical business processes. Headquartered in Shillong, Meghalaya, with offices in Hyderabad and San Francisco, the company serves multiple Fortune 500 customers, including a Fortune 100 AI hardware manufacturer and a Fortune 100 Healthcare company.
The company plans to expand its team across India and the US, with 70–80% of its workforce expected to be based in India and a client-facing team in the US. It also plans to expand its presence in the Middle East.
As enterprises move towards AI-driven operations, agents need accurate data and a clear understanding of how an enterprise operates to make dependable decisions. Shamrock AI addresses this through an Enterprise Business Knowledge Graph that connects business processes, systems, data and configurations, providing AI agents with the context they need to operate reliably.
The company’s initial focus is agentic test lifecycle automation for large enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformations, including SAP S/4HANA migrations. By continuously testing and validating business processes, the platform builds an increasingly accurate representation of how an enterprise operates, which can subsequently support data observability and the autonomous automation of critical business workflows.
