Raj Nooyi is a seasoned executive with over 40 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, specializing in designing, developing, and implementing business solutions to enhance supply chain operations, accelerate product innovation, and drive organizational change. His extensive career includes significant roles at Tata Consultancy Services, PRTM, i2 Technologies, Hewlett Packard, and Eaton Corporation. 

Demonstrating a strong commitment to humanitarian causes, Raj served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Plan International Inc., a global child rights and humanitarian organization active in 75 countries. In 2022, he joined Unitus Ventures as an advisor, to support startups from the global south in achieving international scale and success. 

Raj earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas, USA. He is married to Indra Nooyi, the former CEO of PepsiCo. 

Throughout his career, Raj has been recognized for his leadership and dedication to both industry advancement and social impact, reflecting his passion for driving meaningful change across sectors.
