Manuela focuses on supporting investment decisions by conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities in high-potential sectors and regions in emerging markets. She also supports the investment team in pipeline development and portfolio management.

Before joining Capria, Manuela worked at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), where she researched trade and SME growth while leading strategies to scale a tech platform for SMEs. She also worked at Acumen and consulted for think tanks and MDBs on trade finance and entrepreneurship.

Manuela holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, specializing in economic development and data analysis.

Outside of work, Manuela enjoys reading, painting, and salsa dancing.
