Madiha is part of the Investments team based in Bangalore, India. A 2024 Mechanical Engineering graduate from IIT Kharagpur, she brings a strong foundation in quantitative thinking and systems-driven problem solving. She has worked in management consulting with Accenture Strategy on AI implementation projects, and at the Boston Consulting Group on strategy engagements with some of India’s largest public sector undertakings. She has also conducted research in AI and robotics at the University of Birmingham.

She is now building a career in venture capital with a focused interest in the intersection of AI, entrepreneurship, and investing — particularly in understanding how new-age companies are built, scaled, and valued in fast-moving markets. Outside of work, she spends her time learning and experimenting — from coding side projects to first-principles deep dives into emerging technologies — embracing the idea that iteration (and occasional failure) is how conviction is built. In her spare time, she enjoys experimenting with new cuisines, travelling, and the occasional game of poker.
