Cusmat builds immersive 3D and VR-based training environments that replicate complex industrial settings, manufacturing lines, warehouses, heavy machinery zones, and logistics workflows. Its platform enables enterprises to onboard and upskill workers at scale through realistic, simulation-driven modules that improve operational accuracy, reduce downtime, and standardize competency across large, distributed teams.

Cusmat was founded by Abhinav Ayan and Anirban Chakravorty. Abhinav is a BTech graduate from NIT Warangal and completed advanced coursework in virtual reality at IIT Madras. He spent nearly a year building a VR product for interior space visualization before co-founding Cusmat in 2018. Anirban is a BTech graduate in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Warangal, a self-taught programmer, and an early VR practitioner.
