Matias oversees business systems, processes, compliance, and finance while driving continuous improvements, optimizing team productivity, coordinating global logistics, and ensuring seamless operational efficiency.

He is a law graduate from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Buenos Aires, Argentina and a self-taught tech enthusiast with experiences in administrative law, software development, data analysis, and business consultancy.

Before joining Capria, Matias worked at the Buenos Aires-based law firm Tavaronne Rovelli Salim and Miani Abogados, and later at Ceibo, a business consultancy specializing in technological transformation. Subsequently, he launched his own venture, “Feel In The Blank.”

Each step in his career has been pivotal in fueling his enthusiasm for startups and business development, ultimately leading him to the venture capital world. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoors enthusiast who enjoys practicing various sports, he is passionate about surf and endurance racing, with a recent focus on combat sports.
