Capria Ventures is looking for an Investment Fellow to join our Bangalore team. This is a high-impact, fast-track entry point into Venture Capital, offering hands-on exposure to early-stage investing, portfolio building, and the Future of Work.
Requirements
- A recent graduate from a Tier-1 institution (IITs, BITS, top NITs, or equivalent top-tier global universities), specifically from the Class of 2025 or 2026 (currently in the final year).
- A strong passion for early-stage startups, technology-driven business models, and how companies scale from zero to one.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills; you can distill complex technology and market trends into clear, persuasive narratives.
- Prior exposure to finance, startups, or investing (including CFA Level 1) is a plus, but not required.
- You are a self-driven, personable, and task-oriented individual who thrives in small, high-stakes teams.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, Screening, and Closing Investment Opportunities: You will be involved in sourcing, evaluating, and closing deals to ensure we make the best investments. This includes building and maintaining relationships with, and contributing value to, the venture capital and startup ecosystem.
- Portfolio Management & Exits: You will work closely with portfolio teams to help them realize their full potential, including making strategic decisions, improving unit economics, hiring & retaining the best talent, raising capital, finding and facilitating exits at the right time, and more.
- Build the Brand: Collaborate with our marketing team to enhance Capria’s global “portfolio first” visibility and industry thought leadership.
- Ecosystem Development: Act as a connector between founders, investors, and industry stakeholders.
