Tracy Washington is the IFC Private Equity Group Lead for SME Funds and the Program Manager for SME Ventures Program establishing risk capital SME Funds in fragile states. She has over two decades of experience in development finance, specifically on SMEs. She has worked in various roles within the IFC, leading transactions across Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and South Asia. Washington holds a MBA degree from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a BS degree from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Dave Richards is a Managing Partner with Capria. He is also a co-founder of Unitus Ventures (formerly Unitus Seed Fund), India’s leading impact seed venture fund and brings deep global investing and entrepreneurial experience. He has been in a leadership role with Unitus since 2005, launching multiple impact funds and an investment bank. Prior to that, he led high-growth technology businesses from startup to multiple hundred million dollar global enterprises.
