Will's career started by founding two startups at the dawn of the PC era, working in the early days at Sun Microsystems, and pioneering e-commerce at eShop which was acquired by Microsoft in 1996. At Microsoft, he ran the $13B global Windows business and started their product focus on emerging markets.

Dan has been involved in senior management roles at a number of communications and Internet companies and has been a global speaker and advisor on wireless, technology, organizational development “Service Leadership” and the corporate innovation gap. He is currently the Managing Partner of eFund, LLC (www.efundllc.com) an early-stage funder of innovative technology startups in the Pacific Northwest.

Juan Luis has successfully raised funds in Latin America, worked as an antitrust attorney, supported entrepreneurs through seed capital and commercial advice, has helped companies to grow through expansion to international markets, and has worked in the US and the UK attracting Foreign Direct Investments. He has lead several teams at senior level positions from a very young age. Juan Luis has an MBA from London Business School and a JD with honors from Pontificia Universidad Catolica.

Amy is responsible for Capria’s ongoing finance, accounting, and fund administration. Her experience working with high wealth individuals and family offices offers a unique perspective on investor relations, including internal and external reporting. Amy is a Certified Public Accountant who received her Masters of Professional Accounting, Taxation and BA in Accounting from the University of Washington. She is a member of the Washington Society of CPAs and American Institute of CPAs. Previously, Amy was a tax manager in public accounting specializing in start-up companies and the high tech industry.
Director, Impact & Fund Manager Advancement -
Uma's work to date has been focused on developing research and evaluation strategies for enterprises operating throughout India. In addition to her work with other companies, Uma will leverage her experience developing Unitus Ventures (formerly Unitus Seed Fund)'s impact assessment methodology and framework to support new fund managers in the Capria network.

She has worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs across Africa, Asia, and Latin America in her role as co-founder of the for-profit social enterprise ThinkImpact. She has also worked in impact investing with Bridges Ventures and impact consulting with Global Development Incubator. Kate has a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Cornell University.
Mercy’s expertise on Rwanda and Burundi regions played a vital role while raising US $4 Mn for supporting early-stage businesses in these markets. She supported the establishment of a unique resource mobilization model in the water sector in Kenya. The model is scalable across Africa and will facilitate the growth of local businesses.
Mercy holds an MBA in Finance & Supply Chain from Michigan State University, a BSC in Mathematics from the University of Warwick is a certified Investment and Financial Analyst (FA) and is a certified Mediator.
Amar was previously a Director at Wavemaker Partners, playing a key role in the successful launch of an oversubscribed Southeast Asia venture fund, one of the largest of its kind. Prior to that, Amar served as Commercial Director at Augentius, during which he worked closely with PE, VC and mezzanine fund managers across Asia and Europe, with the launch of their funds. Amar holds an BE in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University.

Previously, Clare managed a team of data coordinators with a research firm where she oversaw database setup, programming, and specifications testing for global health studies, including a multi-year study with 8,000 participants across 4 countries. She also worked as Operations Manager for an international development organization in Nicaragua, where she supervised a multinational staff and managed implementation of over 1,200 medical mission and economic development trips.

Proficient in marketing & business practices, process orientation, integrated campaign management across consumer products, consumer services and consumer service products, he plays with keen business acumen in analyzing and understanding business requirements to develop and scale business streams by means of strategic marketing.

Prior to joining Capria, she was a part of Logicserve Digital, one of India’s leading digital marketing companies, and spearhead their communications initiative. At ICICI Fellows Program she managed content and supported marketing initiatives. She has also worked with a network of grassroot organisation on managing branding, internal communications and fund-raising support.
Prior to joining Capria, Varsha worked at IIT Madras as a Graphic Designer and played a vital role in contributing to their increased social media presence. She has also freelanced as a illustrator and as a product stylist.
Varsha has completed her Master’s in Communication from M.O.P Vaishnav College and studied Bachelors in Visual Communication from Shasun Jain College at Chennai, India.

Ramya brings fifteen years of technology-based professional experience in areas ranging from middleware systems engineering to technology marketing to digital learning. She has been responsible for setting up one of India’s largest Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, creating access to management education for more than 700,000 global learners. She has also handled technology marketing assignments for a consulting firm and started her career writing Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) code for Intel.
